We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your
appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled
appointment. We hold your appointment time just for you! To avoid being charged 50 percent of
your scheduled service fee, we require leaving a message by phone or text a full 24hrs prior
to
your appointment. This ensures that we have the chance to rebook. We are unable to accept
same-day cancellations or changes except if you are moving to a different time slot the same
